- build on existing, good youth work
- help churches reach more young people
- train and equip leaders to be effective
- mentor youth ministers
- create a website for all youth ministry needs
- see more young people come to faith in Jesus

That's the vision driving everything we do at Thrive.

We believe every church has a part to play in helping children and young people encounter Jesus, grow in faith and discover their potential as leaders.

But churches don't always have the people, resources or confidence to make that happen on their own.

That's where Thrive comes in.

Through supporting youth and children's leaders, connecting churches, developing young leaders and creating opportunities for young people, we're helping local churches make a lasting difference.

What a brilliant night at Base on Saturday!
Young people from churches across the area came together for an evening of fun, worship and exploring faith together.
One of the things we love about Base is seeing young people not just attending, but getting involved and helping to lead — including some of our Youth Growing Leaders alumni!
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the evening happen, and to all the youth leaders who brought their groups along.
