Week two of Y Esports off season was Rocket League.

Congratulations to the amazing YMCA Tayside Tubbs (team1) who were able to come back from an early defeat to complete the lower bracket run and take the win from the reigning Y Esports Rocket League Champions here at YMCA Wishaw.

Well done Tubbs.

Valiant efforts were shown by all - next week is the final week of offseason, who will take the day?

Larne YMCA is organising a fundraiser to try and as part of our E2T Social Action Project to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust - We will be organising a draw with the chance of winning £150 of the money raised once all numbers are sold!!

This week in YMCA we are celebrating all the hard work our volunteers put in week in week out!

With out our volunteers our programmes wouldnt be the same so a huge shoutout to them!

We are so proud to announce our successful application to the Change Makers Fund!! This funding will enhance our summer provision and provide a broad range of activities throughout the summer months!!

Confirmed: €12,277 PEACEPLUS Change Maker funding awarded

Recipient: YMCA Larne – Rest Stop to Reset

Purpose: A cross‑community youth engagement programme delivering a range of inclusive summer activities, including sport and group outings in . The project focuses on building confidence, breaking down barriers and encouraging understanding among young people from different backgrounds through shared experiences.

Well done Lucas for claiming the top spot during the first tournament of YEsports Offseason on Friday 🎉 👏 and to everyone else who took part!

Roll on this Friday for Rocket league 🏎️

On Friday we kicked off the YEsports Offseason with a Fortnite Elim Race.

Congratulations to Larne YMCA Legends taking the top spot, and YMCA Tayside Tubbs who were runners up.

Well done to everyone that took part.

Next week is Rocket League!

✨ Saturday Juniors ✨

A very messy morning in ASP with water play, sand play, a shaving foam ice cream station and play dough! 🫟

This morning we also enjoyed time in the nurture room, video games, brownie making, free play and so much more!!

A busy morning with lots happening and some very happy young people 😀 Safe to say everyone will definitely be ready for a nap when they get home 💤 😂
