We're hosting a quiz night on the 26th of September to help raise funds for the club. There's prizes to be won by the team with the biggest brains, a raffle to test your luck, and much more! So gather all the clever clogs in your life and come and test your knowledge while supporting our fantastic wee club.

A huge congratulations to our senior gymnast Jay and his team from North East Gymnastics Academy for placing first at the National TeamGym Micro Championships at the weekend! Well done everybody! 🏆💪

Jay is an exceptionally hard worker and all of us from Forth Valley are very proud of you and your dedication to the sport.

We would also like to wish Jay a very happy 18th birthday! 🥳 Hope you had a great time and enjoyed your birthday competition weekend.

Lastly, we would like to say a big thank you to coach Abbie for taking Jay under your wing for the championships. 🌟

A huge well done to all of our gymnasts who competed today at the TeamGym Scottish Championships in Ravenscraig! Everyone performed like superstars and really showed how hard they have worked on the run-up to this competition and the coaches are all extremely proud of you.

Our two primary teams battled it out in a tough competition, with our Primary Girls just missing out on the podium. You performed brilliantly with lots of new skills on the board, so you should be very proud of how well you did! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We are incredibly proud to share that our highly dedicated gymnast Matthew has been selected, for the third time, to represent Great Britain at the TeamGym European Championships.

This championship marks a significant milestone as he aims to reach the pinnacle of his gymnastics career as a Master Gymnast. His selection is a testament to years of hard work, perseverance and passion for the sport.

Living locally in the area, Matthew has trained with Forth Valley Gymnastics for over 15 years and has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, commitment and determination both in training and competition. One of only four gymnasts from Scotland to be selected, he is now looking for the support of our community, local businesses, family and friends to help him on his journey to Espoo, Finland and give him the best opportunity to compete at the highest level. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will help make a difference and be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for supporting this talented athlete as he prepares to take on some of the best TeamGym athletes in the world and chase his dream on the international stage. We are so proud of you Matthew!

Our senior gymnast Matthew Capes has been selected to represent Great Britain at the TeamGym European Championships 2026 in Finland!

With two European Championships performances under his belt already, we are so incredibly proud to confirm that Matthew will be competing for Great Britain for the third time in Espoo, Finland this October! This is an outstanding achievement to reach the pinnacle of performance TeamGym and we could not be prouder of all the dedication and perserverance you have shown over these many years of gymnastics.
