Today, the District 71 Leadership Team gathered for a high‑impact Strategy Day—a day defined by deep discussions, fiery investigations, bold questions, and collaborative co‑creation as we align to deliver the District Success Plan for the remaining part of the year, with precision and purpose.

This was led by the District Director, Mairead Dillon.
From the first conversation to the final strategic reflection, the room was alive with intention.

District 71 spans Ireland, Scotland, Northern Wales, Northern England, the Midlands, and East of England, with over 200 clubs and 4,500 members dedicated to growth in communication and leadership.

As we come to the end of the Toastmasters year I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the following clubs as they gained enough DCP goals this year.

Area 30
Capital Communicators they became President Distinguished Club with 21 members.
Unmute Yourself Toastmasters they became Distinguished Club. With 14 members.

Area 43
Aberdeen Toastmasters became a Distinguished Club with 27 members.
Perth Toastmasters who became Distinguished club with 18 members a fantastic achievement.

Area 60
Glasgow Toastmasters gained Presidents Distinguished with 37 members and 10 goals very well done.
Glasgow Clyde Toastmasters they gained Select Distinguished with 14 members and 7goals.
Well done to all these clubs.
Thank you for all the hard work you have done this year, and I wish you all the best for the new Toastmasters year.
