We are looking for new Trustees to join our small team.
Have you got a couple hours spare to attend our Committee Meetings 3 or 4 times per year and help and advise to govern the not-for-profit Charity of Abbeyfield Knutsford.
This is assisted living accommodation for the elderly. Helping to combat loneliness, residents have lunch and tea cooked by our live-in Housekeeper but remain independent.
Trustees will need a DBS.

Abbeyfield Knutsford is sheltered accommodation for older people in the heart of Knutsford.
We offer studio rooms with ensuite, two meals a day are cooked by our in-house staff, all bills are included in the monthly rental.
Are you or your loved one feeling a little vulnerable or lonely, then Abbeyfield Knutsford is a great way to meet new friends, have your independence but with a sense of security and being part of a 'family'. We have monthly coffee mornings and trips out to the Garden Centres, Llandudno, Canal Trips and other outings throughout the year.
The charge is £320 per week which includes your room, bills, insurance and food.

We had our Annual Strawberry & Pimms afternoon on Sunday 20th July.
Special thanks to Cllr Brian Hartley, Knutsford Town Mayor and Cllr David Edwardes, Cheshire East Mayor, who both attended the event.
Thank you to all our volunteers (including the Heritage Centre and Knutsford Lions), friends and family who all came and made the afternoon such a special time to share with our residents.

Another outing with our Residents on a beautiful, sunny day last week.
From Poynton Marina to the top lock at Marple on the Mary Sunley Canal Boat.
Enjoyed by all.

We went for a lovely cream tea at High Legh Garden Centre a couple of weeks ago. Enjoyed by all.

We've had our old conservatory replaced by a new room. Just need some new furniture and blinds at the windows, but we are all very pleased with the results. The patio has been relaid with new Indian Stone flags. Here are a few pictures of the conservatory before and after.
