The Knapps Experience Education Area was packed all day, with visitors enjoying the rodeo bull and hoppers from JP's Inflatables the art activities and story time with Dawn from Picture This Paisley , information from David about The Shed, local history from Stephen at History Hunters Scotland , and learning all about bees with the kilbarchanbeekeepers

But we think the real stars of the show were the amazing animals from Rhonas Rascals , sheep from Glencraig Valais , and the reptiles and friends brought along by Jade from Sense of Nature!

It's nearly Games weekend and we're looking forward to all the fun of the day.

With pipe bands, Highland dancing, a men and ladies heavy competition, a funfair, community stalls, a wide range of food and drink stalls and much more all going on down in Battery Park.

The games are on Sunday 10 May from 12pm till 6pm and are free to attend!

Well, what a day we had at this year’s show! Maybe there wasn’t much chance of sunburn, but there was still plenty of fun to be had.

There are far too many people to thank individually — from our suppliers, judges, stewards, groups, volunteers, and everyone who donated their time, support, and resources. As a charity run entirely by volunteers, we truly couldn’t do it without the incredible help we receive.

But most of all, thank you to all of you — our exhibitors, competitors, and visitors — for coming along and making the day such a success.

Lastly, a huge well done to John Laird on his first year as President of the Show Committee!
