Hi, its Lucy here 👋 over the past few months, I’ve been quietly running small Grief, Loss & Change groups.

What started as one group in Crosthwaite has now grown, with Kendal group one now coming to an end, and more people finding their way through word of mouth.

No ads.

No big campaigns.

Just people telling people… because it helped.

Here’s what I’m trying to build:

A space for anyone navigating grief, loss or change, in all its forms.

Bereavement, yes.

But also relationship endings, illness, identity shifts, life not turning out how you thought…

The kind of things people carry quietly.

No pressure.

No pretending.

No expectation to be “okay.”

Just real support, in a room where you can be exactly as you are.

My next 6-week Kendal group starts:

Thursday 4th June | 7:30–8:30pm

It’s pay what you can, and I keep numbers small so it stays personal.

This Friday, 4.00 till 7.00, drop in session

Kendal Town Council is proposing a new lighting scheme running from The Beck Community Centre to Scafell Drive and Valley Drive in the Heron Hill area. The work would be delivered by Westmorland & Furness Council and funded by Kendal Town Council.
