A hilarious Halloween theme at our Wednesday lunch club. With music from Andy Lindsay and Maureen with Karen being Granny with the biggest pants game.

Two of our group enjoying the sunshine before the rain came back on at Dumfries House. Sadly Charles and Camilla did not serve us the lovely lunch we had, but the guided tour round the house was amazing. Next outing is December and the pantomime.

Still Here Social Group is an afternoon club for people living with Dementia (and their carers), and people living on their own, who are looking for the opportunity to socialise with a friendly group.

We meet every Wednesday, 1pm to 3pm at Johnstone Town Hall.

Aileen and Peter Hardern have been part of our group for some time. Sadly Aileen recently passed away. At Aileen's funeral her family asked for no flowers but donations to JDFG. We were delighted and very proud that the generosity of Aileen's friends and family raised £600 for our funds.

A recent trip to Glenlee with a wonderful afternoon tea on board the ship, was enjoyed by us all. A guided tour was included with Peter ringing the ships bell.

We work hard applying for grants to fund our group. Weekly lunch club in Johnstone Town Hall with great activities, and outings. We do have our own fundraising events. Please support us and join us in the Lilybank Bowling Club on Friday 27th February. Buffet and raffle. But the best bit of tge evening is the entertainment. First class.
