Second Saturday of June! (13th)
Theme is “at the seaside”

Application forms for stall holders will be going out on the 1st April and no this is not April fools 🤣

We look forward to seeing you this year hopefully we can bring the sunshine 🌞

Next festival meeting will be held Tuesday 30th March 8:30pm at the Scout Hall, Horsewood Road.

We are in need of some more members on our committee if there is anyone in the village who would like to join please come along.

Meeting is regarding Gala Day and getting things organised.

Sadly the groups that were to accompany Santa’s Sleigh tonight (Quarrier’s Village)
and the rescheduled route on Friday night (Clevans Rd, Donaldfield Rd, Thornwood Dr, Southbrae Ave, Rosemount Lane, St Andrews Dr, Dalmahoy Cres, Bellisle Cres, Sunningdale Dr, Prieston Rd)
can no longer come along.

Don’t worry Santa will still be out on these routes to see all the children. If anyone would like to give a donation there will be a bucket beside Santa on the Sleigh. Thank you.

Just a reminder of our meeting this evening at 7.00pm in Bridge of weir scout hall . The santa sleigh is an excellent fundraising opportunity for your organisation/charity.

Although the parade was very wet, it was still a joyful walk through the village. the bands were on fine form, and the children had worked hard on their costumes (with hardly any parental input at all 🙄🤔!!

The winners (in alphabetical order) all won a £20 gift voucher for La Creme, who's generosity is greatly appreciated:

Unfortunately we were unable to get a picture of Ivy, who had escaped her tractor costume and headed for dry and warmth - who could blame her!!

We were very grateful for the assistance of Natalie and Colin in opening gala day, and handing out the parade prizes - we appreciate their ongoing efforts in Bridge of Weir and the surrounding area.

75 Houston Road always makes a fine effort to decorate their garden for gala day. They will receive a £50 prize this week for their efforts - well done!!
