Happening at KWMCC on Friday!

Dementia affects millions of families across the UK, yet knowing where to turn for help, advice, and support can often feel overwhelming. Whether you are living with a diagnosis, caring for a loved one, or simply have concerns about memory loss, you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

We here at KWMCC, would like to invite you to our Dementia Awareness Information Sharing Event here on Friday, 12th June, from 10am to 12noon.

We have invited a range of local organisations and support groups who are dedicated to helping those affected by dementia.

This is a fantastic opportunity to…
💚 Find Advice: Speak directly to professionals who can guide you through the support services available in our area.
💚 Access Resources: Pick up information leaflets and discover tools that can make daily life easier for people living with dementia and their caregivers.
💚 Share Experiences: Connect with others in the community who may be going through similar challenges in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
We are thrilled to welcome an advisor from Shaftesbury Dementia Support, an organisation renowned for their compassionate work with individuals living with memory concerns and their caregivers.
💚 At 11am, the advisor will be hosting a special 20-minute talk titled "How to Live Well with Dementia."

This is designed to be an informal discussion. It's a safe space to ask questions and gain practical insights. Whether you have specific queries or just want to listen and learn, we encourage you to join us for this session.
