πͺπͺ TOMORROW IS Workout Wednesday πͺπͺ
We have a wide variety of classes to choose from:
TRX at 10am
Total resistance exercise. It's a suspension training method that utilizes body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Rachel also incorporates weights into this class for a different challenge.
Walking Rugby 11am
Players walk at all times. The game is played at a slower pace, allowing players to enjoy the sport while reducing the risk of injury.
Walking Netball 1pm
A friendly and inclusive sport that allows participants to enjoy the sport without the physical demands of running or jumping.

Spin 5.30pm
High intensity cardio workout to the best sounds around. Burn calories and fat, work your heart and lungs as well as the biggest muscles in your body.
Pump 6.15pm
A full body workout using barbells and dumb bells. Improve muscle mass and bone density whilst naturally increasing your metabolism. Weight training is vital and EVERYBODY should be doing it.
Pilates 7.15pm
Join us for a mind and body experience practiced by many. There is a reason why physiotherapists and doctors recommend pilates. Come and see why.
8.15pm-9.45pm walk in badminton session
A popular evening session. Make new friends, burn off a bit of steam. All equipment is provided for you. No need to book, just come along.
