🏐 Come and try netball 🏐

Come and join us on Thursdays at the Bennachie Leisure Centre for some fun, friendly netball training usually with lots of laughs! Sessions are £5 and all player levels are welcomed from newbie to experienced 💛

Netball is a fab way to:

✨️ Keep fit and have a run about!

✨️ Meet new people in the local area!

✨️ Learn a new sport/return to an old favourite!

With support from the Bennachie “Blazers” (thanks Olwen), the Bennachie “Belters” travelled south of Aberdeen last week to take on Newtonhill.

The game was played in great spirit, with both sides showing excellent sportsmanship and strong circle work in both attack and defence. Newtonhill made a flying start and, although the Belters mounted a determined comeback in the final quarter, Newtonhill held on to secure the win.

Many thanks to both umpires for officiating, and congratulations to the Players of the Match – Gemma (Bennachie Belters) and Emma (Newtonhill).

No training tonight but last night, Bennachie Belters travelled through to Hazelhead for an evening of fun, fast-paced netball and a lovely bunch to play against!
It was close competition until the final quarter when Hazelnetters pulled ahead for the win 🏐✨️
