The NHS App is set to become the main gateway to NHS services — but is it working for everyone?

We asked over 400 people in Nottingham & Nottinghamshire what they really think. The findings reveal a complex picture: real enthusiasm for convenience and choice, alongside real barriers — from accessibility concerns to a simple preference for human interaction.

🗨️ Last chance to have your say on mental health services

Following feedback from people who used specialist mental health services, Healthwatch Nottingham and Nottinghamshire made recommendations for improvements to the Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. They now want to know if people are experiencing any difference in care.

The survey is open to:
✅ people aged 18 or over who have used, or been waiting to access, specialist mental health services since January 2025
✅ carers, family members, or supporters of someone in this situation.

Specialist mental health services are adult mental health services provided by specialist teams such as community mental health teams, crisis services, and mental health inpatient wards.

The survey closes this Friday 31 July and all responses are anonymous. Follow the link in the comments to take part and help improve services for local people ⤵️
