Reminder that all of our groups will be shut on Monday August 31st due to the bank holiday.

Our groups will be back open on Monday September 7th.

If you need someone to speak to before attending one of our sessions, please call the Samaritans on 116 123 or text SHOUT to 85258 for dedicated text support.

If you need urgent help or are at risk of harming yourself please contact the emergency services.

Just a reminder there is no group on Monday 31st August as it's a Bank Holiday, that doesn't mean your on your own, If times get hard reach out have that important conversation, better still check in on someone, even if it's been a while 👌

Tonight at The Bulwell Academy Community Hub we had 27 brave men attending Andys Man Club with 3 of them attending for the first time.

Another really positive session, so a big thank you to all who attended.

It's a bank holiday on the 31st August, so we will be taking a week off.

But we will be back on Monday 7th September with more coffee, more tea, more biscuits, and more reasons for why

Last at The Bulwell Academy Community Hub we had 31 brave men attending Andys Man Club with 2 of them for the first time.

To everyone else reading this, if the reason you haven't phoned, texted or messaged someone, a friend or loved one who is trying to navigate through a storm, because you don't know what to say. Dont put it off do it now. Most people struggling just want to be listened too, heard, and a friendly ear.

We are here for those conversations no matter how difficult you think they are,, we will listen and we will offer support, understanding, and a safe space to talk. If your a man over the age of 18 looking for support why not come and join us.

Posted this before but a reminder that sometimes the people you envy, admire for their strength are battling their own storms to. Sometimes those we feel are the strongest just hide their battles better.

Tonight at The Bulwell Academy Community Hub we had 22 brave men attending Andys Man Club with 1 of them attending for the first time.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and shared openly, offered advice or listened without judgment. You all help make our group what it is.

To everyone else reading this, you may know a man who has things they need to get off their chest, perhaps a friend or loved one who is trying to navigate through a storm. You might be that person yourself.

We are here, we will listen and we will offer support, understanding, and a safe space to talk. Come and join us.
