Tonight at The Bulwell Academy Community Hub we had 26 brave men attending Andys Man Club with 4 of them attending for the first time.

Behind every single number is a man, a mate, a family and a life that matters.

Whether it’s 2, 6, 26 or 260, our doors are open and there’s always room for more.

Our goal is to be able to provide support to in his time of need, and to help him see that his tomorrow can be better than his today.

Whether you’re attending a group down in Plymouth, all the way up in Aberdeen or even our online groups, at AMC you can always expect a warm, welcoming & non-judgemental space to talk.

No matter which of our 360+ groups you attend, friendly facilitators will always be there to welcome you at the door, explain how the session runs and make sure you know where to find the brews and biscuits. ❤️

Last night at The Bulwell Academy Community Hub we had 29 brave men attending Andys Man Club with 7 of them attending for the first time.

Our goal is to be able to provide support to in his time of need, and to help him see that his tomorrow can be better than his today.

If you are , or you know someone who is, please think about making next week your first week.

Ever seen one of these out and about and wondered what actually happens at ANDYSMANCLUB?

When you arrive, one of our friendly facilitators will welcome you in and show you where to grab a brew and a biscuit.

The session then follows a simple 5 question format. The first three are always the same:

How’s your week been?
One positive from your week?
Anything to get off your chest?

We’ll then usually have a short break before finishing with two questions that might be funny, inspirational or thought provoking, sometimes as simple as “what’s your favourite sandwich?”

We pass a talking ball around the group so there’s never any pressure to talk. If you’re not ready, you can simply pass it on.

That’s it. No booking, no referrals and no pressure.

Just a room full of men, a brew, and a safe space to talk.

Last night at The Bulwell Academy Community Hub we had 30 brave men attending Andys Man Club with 4 of them attending for the first time.

It takes real courage to admit that you are struggling and to take that first step through our doors, but you will never do it alone.
Our guys have all been there, and they will be there to support you every step of the way.

If you're a man who feels like you're carrying more than you can manage on your own, please know that you don't have to face it by yourself. Our group is here to offer support, understanding, and a safe space to talk. Come and join us.

3 Things we are never short of
1) Compassion
2) Empathy
3) An empty chair for any man that needs it.

If your a man over the age of 18 and your finding things a little hard right now. Know this you don't have to face it Alone, Please Reach out to anyone to share the burden, to give you the support you need.
We are here, a fresh brew, a listening ear and support when you need it.
If you prefer to talk to family, friends, Gp's, therapist that's great too.
But please don't struggle alone start that conversation.
