No matter which of our groups you attend, friendly facilitators will always be there to welcome you at the door, explain how the sessions run, and make sure you know where to find the brews and biscuits. ❤️

Our groups are running this Monday 7-9pm for any man 18+. 👌

There's no booking, no fees and no registration needed. Just turn up.

"The best thing about Andysmanclub is that even when guys have weathered their own storm they dont stop attending, they come back week after week not for their own support, but to inspire, share their journeys and show not all storms last for ever.
We have to talk about the wins and celebrate them, we fail, succeed, cry and laugh together not every ones journey is the same. But most journeys are best shared"

We now have over 355 groups nationwide open to any man 18+.
And in nottingham every Monday night except Bank Holidays we are at The Bulwell Academy Community Hub from 7-9pm

Last night at The Bulwell Academy Community Hub we had 24 brave men attending Andys Man Club. 5 of them were attending for the first time.

As our first session back after the bank holiday break, it was wonderful to come together again.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone in that room who shared openly and listened without judgment. You all help make our group what it is.

If you're a man who feels like you're carrying more than you can manage on your own, please know that you don't have to face it by yourself. Our group is here to offer support, understanding, and a safe space to talk.

We are open:
