Yoga for Strength & De-stress with Tibi Do Yoga

Your sacred hours of salvation have arrived. 🌸 Wednesday evenings just got a whole lot better. If you're a woman in midlife juggling the demands of home, family, work and the rollercoaster of peri/menopause — this class was created with you in mind.😊

Yoga for Strength & De-Stress is a unique 75 minute class designed to give your body exactly what it needs at this stage of life. We begin with a strong, energising yoga practice to build and maintain essential muscle, support bone health and burn off that menopausal heat. We move into breathwork and gentle yin poses to calm your nervous system, before melting into blissful relaxation to release the tension and stress of the week.🧘🏻‍♀️

We close with tea, connection and a little peri/menopause wisdom to take home with you.✨

Because you deserve more than just keeping going. You deserve to return peacefully home to yourself again. 💖

It's the perfect midweek tonic and reset — and your loved ones will notice the difference too. 😊

📅 Every Wednesday Evening
