Yoga for Strength & De-Stress is a unique 75 minute class designed to give your body exactly what it needs at this stage of life. We begin with a strong, energising yoga practice to build and maintain essential muscle, support bone health and burn off that menopausal heat. We move into breathwork and gentle yin poses to calm your nervous system, before melting into blissful relaxation to release the tension and stress of the week.π§π»ββοΈ
We close with tea, connection and a little peri/menopause wisdom to take home with you.β¨
