Due to a number of complaints received and health, safety and hygiene concerns, the Trustees of Holsworthy Memorial Hall have taken the decision to no longer allow dogs or other pets on the premises, except for guide dogs, signal dogs and service animals.

Service animals are animals that have been specifically trained to aid a disabled person.

This ban will take place immediately. Thank you for your understanding.

Yesterday we were very fortunate to be chosen to host the North Devon Sky Engineers for a corporate volunteering day. What an amazing job they did. 10 guys along with one of our trustees, came and helped with general maintenance for the day. From clearing the weeds and gutters to replacing lighting bulbs and lots of other jobs that needed to be done around the hall. A huge thank you to Sky and the engineers.
Thanks also for the help from:
Tom Davies, Tamar Trading & J E Stacey, Torridge District Council, Matthew Nute, Richard & Annette Hutchings and Kevin Bowyer

What a huge difference they have made to our hall, thank you
