WHAT WE DO...
Having surveyed many families and obtained input from many trusted organisations, our aim is to provide holistic, wellbeing (emotional, spiritual and physical) support for these children living in Hillingdon and the surrounding areas, from the point of diagnosis onwards. We have discovered from our families, the charity sector and the NHS that this is exactly what is needed to complement existing health and social care services. DID YOU KNOW…?
