On average, our service speaks with 20 clients per day, helping them find a forward to resolve their issue by providing trusted and accountable advice.

Celebrating our amazing and committed volunteers!

Here's a bit about how our volunteer advisers' day works.

Our volunteer advisers provide Free, Confidential, Impartial and Independent under the guidance of our Advice Session and Quality Supervisor Monday to Friday (excluding Thursdays and Bank holidays) from 10am till 3pm in person, telephone and email.

Our Volunteer Reception and Admin team provide a warm welcome to all clients accessing the service, helping our clients complete consent information and advising on waiting times and methods of contact.

Our volunteer Research and Campaigns Team work on information gathered to spot how policies or practices impact people and gather evidence to help influence changes in policy. For examples of their work, visit: https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/about-us/browse/our-campaigns/
