We're very aware that next term, students will be looking for local work experience. If any teens are interested, we would be delighted to have you spend the week with the team here at This is Haslemere.

Whilst This is Haslemere is a volunteer organisation, run by just two volunteers, we're conscious that it could be a great opportunity for students interested in a career in journalism, marketing or writing.

The role would suit someone who can work independently, is self driven and proactive. We'd love to get some ideas for the site from Haslemere's younger generation and would welcome your input! We recognise it may not be the typical work experience scenario but we would be delighted to explore the feasibility of this if someone is interested.

🍃 We are again asking for volunteers to help with the clearing of Grovers Garden's this Saturday - from 10am to 12:00 Wheelbarrows and rakes welcome !
