Integration Support is a charity based in Harlow, Essex and started its support services for vulnerable migrants and refugees in 2005.
The charity was founded by a group of refugees and migrants living in Harlow based on their own experiences and challenges faced to integrate in to the local communities.
Integration Support’ mission statement: “Is to enable, empower and support the successful in

tegration of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants in and around West Essex and with a vision to see an integrated society where inequalities and barriers between different races, origins and beliefs do not exist.”
Integration Support provide a wide range of services, such as: Information, Advice & Guidance, English classes, Women's Health Club, Women's Hobby Club, Art & Wellbeing Club, fun and educational activities for children, trips and community events. All the services are FREE and delivered by a team of caseworkers, Immigration advisor, Family Support worker, Playworkers, Community development workers, and, of course the volunteers!

Ready to build your confidence and improve your English?
We are delighted to invite you to join our FREE 12-week English Learning Course at Integration Support, with a new term starting on 15 September 🎉
Our classes are open to ALL levels of English – whether you are a complete beginner or looking to improve your confidence in speaking, listening, and everyday communication.
These practical and friendly sessions are specially designed for refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants, helping you develop the language skills needed for daily life in the UK.
💬 In our classes, you will learn how to:
✔️ Speak with more confidence in everyday situations
✔️ Ask and answer questions clearly
✔️ Understand conversations and instructions
✔️ Improve your vocabulary and basic grammar
✔️ Talk about topics such as health, shopping, housing, jobs, education, and more
✔️ Learn about life in the UK, including services and local information
Our experienced and supportive teachers create a welcoming and relaxed environment, where everyone feels comfortable to learn, practice, and meet new people 🤝
🕙 When: Every Tuesday & Thursday
10:30 am – 12:30 pm
📍 Where: St. Paul’s Church, Harlow, CM20 1LP
✨ No booking required – this is a drop-in class, just come along!
👶 Children are welcome, and we provide a designated play area so parents can attend comfortably.

Not only people migrate and travel but also fruits and vegetables!
Our team provided opportunity for children and their adults visiting Harlow Town Show to explore and taste fruits and vegetables from all around the world:
prickly pear from Mexico, soursop from tropical America, dragon fruit from Central America, mangosteen from Southeast Asia, rambutan from Southeast Asia, guava from tropical America, custard apple from the Americas, papaya from tropical America, bok choy from China, bitter melon from India, okra from Africa, kohlrabi from Europe, cassava from South America, taro from Southeast Asia, and daikon from East Asia.

Very curious children live in Harlow: they not only showed great cutting and chopping skills but also tried exotic fruits and vegetables!
Thanks to Harlow Council for organising this event and for providing Integration Support an opportunity to let Harlow residents (big & small) explore food from around the world!

A SHORT BREAK FOR OUR CLUBS

As the current term comes to an end, our Art & Wellbeing Club and English Learning Project will be taking a short break for the holidays.

📅 Sessions will resume from 15th September!

Thank you to everyone who joined us throughout the term. We hope you enjoy the break, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another term of learning, creativity and community! 🌿

This Saturday, our usual Saturday Club session will not be taking place. Instead, we’ll be joining the Harlow Town Show for a fun day out! 🎉

Do you have a sewing machine in good working condition that you no longer use?

We are looking for donated sewing machines to support our Women's Hobby Club, where ladies come together to learn new skills, share their knowledge, and build friendships through sewing.
