🔥 OVER 3,000 VISITORS, A WHOLE LOT OF FIRE, FOOD AND AUTUMN MAGIC! 🍂

That’s a wrap on the Surrey Hills Fire & Food Fair 2026 at Hogs Back Brewery, and what a weekend it’s been!

Picture this: Mulled c***r warming your hands, marshmallows toasting over cosy fire pits, the smell of delicious food drifting through the autumn air… and then swapping those cosy moments for dancing in the barn to live music, with a pint of Hogs Back b**r in hand. Now THAT’S an autumn festival! 🍺🎶

And the fire? Oh, we brought the fire! 🔥 From spectacular fire performances to live-fire cooking demonstrations, we explored it all, from traditional campfire cooking to seriously impressive BBQ techniques. Add brilliant local makers demos, artisan stalls and mouth-watering food, there was something for everyone.

A HUGE thank you to the 3,000+ visitors who joined us, our fantastic stallholders, talented chefs and demonstrators, sponsors and partners, brilliant volunteers, and the hardworking team who made it all happen. And a big thank you to Hogs Back Brewery for hosting us! ❤️

Your enthusiasm, energy and support for local businesses made this weekend so special. We hope you went home with full bellies, happy hearts and wonderful autumn memories.

Day 1 of the Surrey Hills Fire & Food Fair has been absolutely brilliant! 🙌 Incredible live-fire cooking, delicious food, fantastic local makers, live music, circus fun and plenty of autumn magic at Hogs Back Brewery. And we're doing it all over again TOMORROW!

🔥Hake Meets Heat: BBQ Hero Ian Jones Takes the Fire Stage🔥

Meet , Director at The BBQ MAG mag and a true hero of the grill, live on the main Fire & Food Stage at the Surrey Hills Fire & Food Fair!

Ian will be cooking Brown, Hake & Saffronaise: a fish burger of minced hake and whole brown shrimp, cooked on a wood-fired plancha and finished with a silky saffron mayo.

And on Saturday only, don’t miss his finisher: Cachaça Me If You Can, a smoked pineapple caipirinha made with a whole pineapple smoked over maple wood. 🍍

Ian is a real show man with a knack for turning a simple cookout into an unforgettable experience. Whether it’s a family gathering or a community event, he brings people together with perfectly cooked food and amazing smoky flavours.
