♻️ UNIFORM DONATIONS NEEDED ♻️

As the weather warms up and students start spending more time in their PE kit, now is the perfect opportunity to have a clear out of any school uniform that’s been outgrown.

We’re currently running very low on stock in our Second-Hand Uniform Shop and would be incredibly grateful for any donations of:

👕 Shirts & Blouses
👕 Jumpers & Cardigans
👖 Trousers & Skirts
👔 Ties
🏃 PE Kit

Simply pop your clean, good-quality uniform items into one of our yellow donation bins located in Main Reception.

Every donation helps:

📣 SECOND-HAND UNIFORM DONATIONS URGENTLY NEEDED 📣

As we prepare for our upcoming uniform sales and welcome a new intake of Year 7 students, our second-hand uniform stock is running very low.

If your child has recently outgrown any Christ’s College uniform items, we’d be incredibly grateful for your donations. Every item donated helps another family and raises valuable funds that go straight back into supporting students at the school.

We’re especially looking for:

Donations can be dropped into the uniform donation bin at Christ’s College.

To Our Year 11 Parents…

Whilst we’re celebrating our amazing Year 11 students, we’d like to celebrate you too.

Over the past few months, you’ve supported them through revision timetables, exam stress, early mornings, late nights, endless reassurance and countless “You’ve got this!” pep talks.

You’ve listened when they needed to talk, given them space when they didn’t. You’ve waited to hear how exams went, worried more than you let on, and somehow kept everything else in life moving at the same time.

You’ve provided lifts, snacks, encouragement, reminders, reassurance and support. You’ve celebrated the good days and helped them through the difficult ones.

You didn’t just watch them complete their GCSEs.

You completed the journey alongside them.

And now you’ve reached the finish line too.

Thank you for every alarm clock, every packed lunch, every revision quiz, every lift to school, every word of encouragement and every moment of unwavering support.

We see you. We appreciate you. And we hope you’re as proud of yourselves as you are of your young people.

Take a moment to breathe, celebrate and enjoy this milestone together.

☀️🎪 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – SUMMER SHOWCASE 2026! 🎪☀️

The Friends of Christ’s College are looking for a few more volunteers to help make this year’s Summer Showcase a fantastic evening for our students, families and wider school community.

📅 Thursday 2nd July
⏰ 5pm–9pm
📍 Christ’s College Guildford

We need friendly volunteers to help with:

🍔 BBQ serving & cashiering
🍩 Refreshments stall
🥤 Selling drinks, snacks and sweet treats
🪑 Setting up before the event
🧹 Packing away afterwards

You don’t need any previous experience, and even an hour of your time would make a huge difference. Many hands really do make light work!

FCC events help raise valuable funds to support projects, equipment and opportunities that benefit students across the school.
