Good evening everyone,

As you are aware, we are holding the Hedgehogs “End of Year” party on Friday 26th June, which will be run by Andrea and Sarah.

Unfortunately, this will also be our final session at the groups, making it a goodbye party for Andrea as she steps down as Chair and will no longer be working with Hedgehogs or Hoglets.

We would love for this to be a big celebration to thank Andrea for everything she has done for both groups. She has given so much of her time, dedication, and support, and she will be greatly missed by everyone.

Although Andrea won’t be running the Hoglet party, she will be popping in to see everyone and say her goodbyes.

As many of you know, Andrea and I became close friends during our time working together. Although I left my main role at Hedgehogs a few weeks ago, I stayed on as cover and treasurer to support her. Now that Andrea is leaving, I feel this is the right time for me to step down too.

The Chair role will now be taken over by Louise, with Maxine becoming Treasurer. We wish them both the very best and know the groups will continue to be amazing under their leadership.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of our wonderful volunteers who have supported us over the years. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

We hope to see you all on the 26th to celebrate together!

Lovely to have Mrs Williams from Winterton Primary School and Nursery visit us this week to meet some of our families and bring some dinosaur activities for the children 🦖🦕
