We’ve just had this beautiful Vintage Charlesworth Twin Dolls Pram donated to the shop!

Finished in classic navy blue with a chrome frame and complete with two dolls, this charming vintage pram is in good used condition. The frame is solid, the wheels are in good working order, and the hood mechanisms work as they should. There are some age-related marks and light surface rust consistent with its age, but overall it’s a lovely example.

A genuine Antique Shetland Woollie Horse (Jumper Board) bearing Reg. Patent No. 718417, traditionally used for blocking and shaping Shetland and Fair Isle knitwear after washing.

Manufactured by Tulloch of Shetland, Lerwick, these traditional woollie horses were an essential part of Shetland knitting heritage and are now highly sought after by collectors, knitters, museums and textile enthusiasts. Examples bearing this patent number are increasingly difficult to find.
