Nourish to flourish 🌹

Mamas, this one is for you if you often find yourself prioritising everyone and everything else, leaving little time or energy to pour back into yourself.

Nourish to Flourish is a nurturing offering created by Kristy de la Torre to give mothers a space to slow down, soften, and receive.

This is a space to reconnect, replenish, and remember just how much you matter too.

Because when a mother is nourished, not only does she flourish, but so does the garden she tends to. 🌸🌿🌺

We're excited to now share the details of our Summer Solstice Family Campout!

This summer solstice Mamma Village are having a family campout event at Badgers Halt (previously know as Picadae Peak) featuring a special fathers ceremony in honour of Father's Day on Sunday 21st June, included within our Summer Solstice celebrations.

The general running order for the weekend will look like this:

🌛 Saturday 20th June
•Arrivals on the land for camping/van set up from 2pm
• Cooking will begin at 5pm for a 6pm community dinner around the fire.
(If your family need to eat sooner please do bring food, snacks and catering for yourselves)
• Campfire and Song Circle 8pm
• Sunset Ceremony will be around 10pm

🌞 Sunday 21st June
• Sunrise Ceremony at 5am
You're invited to bring drums, instruments and incense.
• Shared breakfast at 7am ( This may not be exclusively vegan or gluten free so you're invited to bring food contributions. Please do cater for your family if they have specific dietary food requirements)
• Kate's Solstice Dance Prayerformance at 9am
• Father's Circle led by Papa Village at 10am - Father figures are invited to spend time together
• Father's Ceremony at 11am
• Shared Lunch at 1pm
• Pack up and departure from 2pm

This is a family event and exclusively a no drugs environment.

Next week the Mamma Village community is turning four years old!!!
What an amazing four years we have had, with an ever growing wonderful community, national lottery funding, and now we are supported by the mayor of Glastonbury too. We feel so blessed to be on this journey with you all.

Please do come along next Thursday 11th June, to share yummy cake, dance with Elfa , sing with Eri and celebrate the mamma village together!

We will have feedback forms for you to fill out so you can feed back to us what youd love to see more of and how we can best serve the community.

On Thursday 28th May Myf will be sharing a fully funded Yin yoga class for us at the Sacred Birth Centre
This class will be held in the afternoon and is a slow, nourishing Yin class, suitable for pregnancy and postnatal (babes in arms welcome)

All stages of mothers are welcome, but this class isn't suitable for older children to attend so that we may drop more fully drop into the space.
