It should be noted that
- Only those members who have paid their subscriptions are eligible to vote at the meeting
- Two directors have to stand down and may stand for re-election
- There are vacancies for any paid up members who wish to stand for the committee
Once the formal meeting is concluded there will be a less formal meeting convened to discuss any other business. Come along with your ideas.
