Thursday Night is Game Night here at KOOLTHINGS, Gillingham. The games start from 6pm and are open to anyone from complete beginners to the more experienced players.

Come along and learn how to play Magic or Pokemon. Make new friends and join our game night comunity.

Our next event, Harvest on the Meadow - a celebration of food, nature, local community & wellbeing 🌽🥕🚜🍏 - will be held on Sunday 27th September so please save the date and take a look at a selection of the traders who have already booked!

We are currently looking for a few more traders who would like to join us as part of this celebration! Whether you are a food producer, artist, trader, community organisation, or have an idea for an activity that fits the theme we'd love to hear from you!

In particular we would love someone who makes jams/preserves, local food produce and craftspeople but are open to other ideas too!

We already have a lot of traders and activities organised including lots of delicious sweet things, hot foodies, local produce, local community groups and activities for kids and adults.

We’re really pleased to share the new Gillingham Rising website:

Gillingham Rising is a community-led organisation focused on bringing more life, connection and activity to Gillingham’s High Street, events and community spaces.

The website is still a first version, but it is now a place where people can:

Register interest in volunteering, trading, performing, sponsoring or sharing an idea

This project is about local people, businesses, groups and organisations working together to support a more active, welcoming and connected Gillingham.
