Our GENTLE EXERCISE SESSIONS continue tomorrow, Friday, at Fortrose Library from 11.30am - 12.15pm. There is something different each week and tomorrow's session will be Chair-Based Exercises which involves gentle, relaxing exercises while seated, making it perfect for people of all ages and abilities!
