📢 WE'RE HIRING! Community Energy Support Worker 🌍💡

Do you want to make a real difference in your local community?

Arts Factory is looking for a passionate and community-minded Community Energy Support Worker to help residents across the Rhondda Fach stay warm, safe and supported during challenging times.

✅ Provide energy advice and support
✅ Help people access grants and benefits
✅ Distribute fuel vouchers and warm packs
✅ Build partnerships and referral pathways
✅ Make a positive impact in your community

📍 Location: Arts Factory, Trerhondda, Ferndale & Maerdy Community Centre
💷 Pay: £15 per hour
⏰ Hours: 15 hours per week
📅 Contract: October 2026 to May 2027
📋 Self-employed sessional contract

🗓 Interview Date: Wednesday 23rd September 2026
🗓 Start Date: Monday 5th October 2026
