They run every Monday 7-9pm (except bank holidays) for any man 18+.

There’s no pressure to talk. You can simply sit, listen and take it all in.

A friendly face will be there to welcome you at the door. Just arrive a little before 7pm and we’ll take it from there.

We know that walking through those doors for the first time can feel like a massive step, but we promise, it’s probably nowhere near as scary as you’re imagining.

Ever seen one of these out and about and wondered what actually happens at ANDYSMANCLUB?

When you arrive, one of our friendly facilitators will welcome you in and show you where to grab a brew and a biscuit.

The session then follows a simple 5 question format. The first three are always the same:

How’s your week been?
One positive from your week?
Anything to get off your chest?

We’ll then usually have a short break before finishing with two questions that might be funny, inspirational or thought provoking, sometimes as simple as “what’s your favourite sandwich?”

We pass a talking ball around the group so there’s never any pressure to talk. If you’re not ready, you can simply pass it on.

That’s it. No booking, no referrals and no pressure.

Just a room full of men, a brew, and a safe space to talk.

Wives, partners, girlfriends, mums, grandmas, daughters, friends, aunts, cousins, nieces, any ladies out there, we need your help!

Did you know that 75% of the men that walk through our doors have been recommended by the women in their lives? That's how our facilitator Graham found Andy's Man Club.

We need your help to get this message through.

If they're struggling, they have got something to get off their chest or they simply want someone to talk to, we are here for it all. We are like minded men going through the same issues that they are going through.

Our local sessions are held every Monday (except bank holidays), from 7pm to 9pm at the YMa on Taff Street.

We give them a brew, biscuit and peer to peer support in a friendly and confidential environment.

They do not need to book or be referred. They can just turn up from 6.30pm.
