Change of Sunday opening. Ahead of Hero PopUp starting Sunday food we are opening from tomorrow 6.9.26 @ 12 noon till 7 pm. No food this Sunday but BBQ next weekend. If weather is wet it'll be inside cooked in the kitchen. 😋 We also have live music next Sunday afternoon. See you there 😁🥳

For this weeks special, Im finally working on the veggie burger. It will consist of sweet potato, oats & black beans as its main proteins. We’ll serve it with lemon mayo, rocket & cucumber on brioche. Served with fries. The burger is vegan friendly and you can pair it with our sweet chili sauce and kaiser bun which are also both vegan. The lemon mayo is vegan this week also but you wouldn’t know unless I told you lol 😂

A huge thank you to everyone who gave up their time today to help at our work party and get the club ready for the Polaris Regatta! ⛵👏

So much was achieved, including filling in the potholes in the car park, tackling lots of weeding, tidying the dinghy park, cleaning and preparing the clubhouse, and even getting started on the food shopping.

Many hands certainly make light work, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came along and helped out. The club is looking fantastic and is well on its way to being ready for the regatta!

I’m experimenting with chicken wings this week. Might have them on by tomorrow. So essentially the buffalo and Korean will transition to wings. They’re not the basic tiny wings, these are quite meaty. Buffalo and Korean fried chicken strips and burgers are still available but we’ll only be offering them on a burger as a sauce or a dip with the strips, but the wings will be tossed in sauce. Buffalo mayo is also an option. This change will also allow me to try other sauces like honey-garlic and lemon pepper etc.
