Six Monday evenings at Davagh 💚

A big thank you to everyone who joined us over the past six weeks, whether you came along once, a few times or every week.

One of the nicest things has been seeing new faces coming along, including people who hadn’t joined one of the walks before, as well as catching up with familiar faces each week.

A special thank you too to walk leaders from S.T.E.P.S. Strollers and Kildress Health Matters for being part of the six weeks and helping make the walks happen.

Go raibh míle maith agaibh 💚

Although that's the six-week series finished, we might not be done with Davagh just yet. With the evenings drawing in, we’re having a wee look at continuing the Monday walks in September for a few more weeks. Watch this space

And we’re always keen to hear where people would like to see more walks. Is there somewhere in Mid Ulster where you’d like to see a regular community walk, or would you be interested in helping lead one where you live? Let us know in the comments 👇

With back to school this week, things are a little quieter, but there are still plenty of opportunities to get out for a walk across Mid Ulster.

Here’s what’s on for the week beginning 31st August 👇

Monday is the final week of the current Davagh series, and we’d love to see a few more faces out. We’d also love to see the Davagh walk continue, but that will need a few more local walk leaders to help keep them going. If you’d be interested in helping at Davagh, or getting a regular walk set up where you live, give us a shout.

Watch this space in the coming weeks, there are a couple of possible new walks in the Cookstown area too.

And a wee reminder for new followers, the walks are free, friendly, volunteer-led and everyone is welcome. Come along, walk at your own pace and enjoy the company.

**As the weather gets a bit more changeable, remember to check the page before heading out for any last-minute changes or cancellations.**
