A true healer is someone who:
Listens without judgement rather than believing they have all the answers.

Holds space for another person without trying to control their journey.

Works from compassion, intention and integrity.
Understands that healing can happen emotionally, spiritually and energetically while recognising that spiritual healing doesn't replace medical care.

Continues to do their own inner work, because we cannot expect to guide others through places we refuse to explore ourselves.

Doesn't make promises such as “I can cure you.”
Understands that sometimes the most powerful healing is simply helping someone feel seen, heard and safe.

Remains humble enough to say, “I don't know.”
And perhaps most importantly, a healer understands:
“I am not the source of the healing. I am simply the vessel, the space-holder and the facilitator. What moves through me is greater than me.” ✨

✨ Why are the 7 main chakras important?

The 7 main chakras are often described as the energetic centres running from the base of our spine to the crown of our head. Each one is associated with different aspects of our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing from grounding and security, through creativity, confidence, love and communication, to intuition and spiritual connection.
But our energy system doesn't stop at the 7 main chakras. 🌟
There are also higher and transpersonal chakras, such as the Soul Star, Spirit Star, Galactic and Earth Star chakras. In spiritual traditions that work with these concepts, they can be viewed as helping us connect with our higher self, spiritual wisdom, universal consciousness and our connection to the Earth.

🌿 The 7 main chakras help us understand and balance our inner world, while the additional chakras can offer a beautiful way of exploring our connection beyond ourselves.
You don't need to work with all of them at once. Even simply becoming aware of them can encourage us to ground ourselves, listen to our intuition, connect with our heart and feel more aligned in everyday life.
