SCOTTISH BALLET
Scottish Ballet are delighted to share an opportunity exclusively for people with Multiple Sclerosis who live in Tayside to access SB Elevate® classes. We would love it if you could please share these attached fliers with anyone who you think might be interested.
The offer is for fully subsidised places on our 12-month Self-Management programme. https://scottishballet.co.uk/self-management-programme-tayside/
The programme includes:
• Access to online weekly SB Elevate® classes
• In person classes through the year either in Dundee or Arbroath
• Access to SB Health on demand resources
• Online watch parties – opportunities to watch Scottish Ballet’s feature films
• Online behind the scenes rehearsals -live studio rehearsal from our studio’s with the company dancers
How does the programme work?
People join the weekly hybrid classes online. For those who live in or near Arbroath they also have the option to meet online as a group at Webster Memorial Theatre, where volunteers support the group. For those who do not live close enough they can join the growing online community of dances who join from their own homes.
Additional in person classes will run both in Arbroath at the Webster Memorial Theatre and also at Menzieshill community hub in Dundee. These classes run approximately every two months. Please see the website for dates.
