Our hub on its was home after Trucks At-the Track,what a weekend, it was great to get chatting to everyone. Paul James our volunteer was kept busy with free blood pressure checks.

🚛 Mental Health Support for the People Who Keep the Country Moving

Lorry drivers and transport workers are the backbone of our economy, but for many, the road is a lonely one, and too often they reach crisis point before asking for help.

Breaker Breaker Charity -Truck Show is a Northern Ireland-based mental health charity dedicated entirely to the haulage industry. Founded by Leanne Lyons following the loss of her husband David to su***de, it offers a 24/7 confidential helpline, face-to-face wellbeing support, and a mobile welfare hub that travels to truck shows, depots, and rest stops across the UK and Ireland.

Since March 2024, the charity has funded over 200 counselling sessions, and demand is still growing.

🎉 John Good Group have awarded them a £2,500 grant from their Grants for Good fund.
