No Pressure: Growth begins with permission to just be yourself—come for a brew and a biscuit and just listen if you aren't ready to talk.

Remember, you don't have to hit rock bottom to start your climb. Your problems matters, and there is always a seat in the circle for you.

Permits are available from The Flower Shop, Main Street, Dreghorn.

Please note that permits are available during opening hours, from Monday to Thursday.

Andy’s Man Club - Mondays 7-9pm

Last night 12 guys came through our doors, opening up about their weeks and what's been on their mind. The great thing about AMC is we have guys from different backgrounds and different walks of life and sometimes you can find someone you'd never normally meet who is going through something very similar to what you are. That connection, that sense of not being the only one struggling with a particular issue can be a huge help.
