Starting next week! A lovely Yoga and Mindfulness weekly session for all young people who are home educated or not in education.
It will be 2pm - 3pm every Thursday (term time)
Lucy will take you through a peaceful hour of yoga activities and mindfulness to settle the soul.
You do not need to book and can just turn up - just wear comfy, lose clothing.

You are invited to join us in celebration of our lovely Caz, who we so sadly lost in June.
Everyone is welcome at the tea party to share happy memories and write in a special remembrance book.
Wearing purple and/or butterflies would have made Caz very happy, but she would have just loved everyone to be there, so please do drop by and share your stories.

We are so happy to be starting a new Community Coffee morning on a Friday. This is for EVERYONE to attend :), so we hope to see all of our friends from Love Downham plus new faces.

There will be access to:
CAB Advice First Aid (weekly)
Mental Health Social Worker (fortnightly)
NCLS (monthly)

You will be able to get involved with our garden project and access bike safety checks/repairs (fees will apply) whilst onsite.
Teas, coffees and snacks available - we just ask for a small donation towards the cost.
So, pop it in the diary and come on down to our lovely Paradise Road site for a little TLC
