This weeks delivery has arrived.
As well as fresh fruit and vegetables, we have some oat milk and Mango kefir drink.
Also Shire foods have sent over some delicious orange marmalade and bottles of apple balsamic vinegar.

Really happy to share that we are offering 2 x taster sessions for our women's Blossom Group.
These are aimed at women who are mostly in-active and would benefit from well-being support and strategies.
These sessions need to be booked via [email protected].
We are working with Active Norfolk and France Rayner, Fitness Coach to deliver these great sessions.
