Some days after losing someone, it’s not the big moments that are hardest. It’s a Tuesday morning. A quiet weekend. A season that feels different without them.

Our Reigate bereavement support group begins on Friday 3rd July, a small, warm space to sit with others who simply understand.

Over eight weeks, the group helps you find focus, share experiences, learn new ways to cope, and connect with others who get it. All sessions are run by a professional facilitator.

It’s free, and open to anyone in Surrey struggling with grief.

A few places are still available. To find out more or register your place, email Sarah at [email protected] or visit www.brigittetrust.org/our-services/bereavement-support 💜

The Brigitte Trust offer free 8-week Bereavement Support groups to those that are struggling with grief, led by a professional facilitator.

When someone is facing a terminal illness, the people around them matter more than ever.

The Brigitte Trust exists to make sure nobody faces that journey alone.

This saturday, we’ll be at Ash parish village fete and we’d love a few extra hands to help us on the day, you’ll be chatting with people, helping sell raffle tickets, and letting the local community know about the work we do.

It’s a lovely day out and every conversation you have genuinely helps us reach more people who need us.

Whether you’ve volunteered before or this would be your first time, we’d love to have you.

📅 Saturday 20th june
⏰ 12pm-4pm
📍 Ash recreation ground, Ash hill road, GU12 5DP

💜 If you can spare 1-4 hours we’d love to hear from you. Drop a comment, send us a message, or email [email protected]

JOIN US FOR OUR UPCOMING DEATH CAFE

We'll be running a Death Café on Friday 3rd July, 10:00 - 11:30AM at Ewell Library.

Death is still a very taboo topic in our country despite it being a universal experience, and we want to encourage more people to talky openly about it. Our Death Cafés are free to attend and offer a safe, non-judgemental space to speak about feelings around death and dying.

To book your place, please visit www.brigittetrust.org/our-services/death-cafes/ or contact our Volunteer & Training Manager Mandy at [email protected].
