Armthorpe Family Hub is based at the heart of the local community, providing support, advice and fun-filled free activities for all.

Doncaster Council are seeking to better understand the views and experiences of people who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community on smoking and support for quitting. To help inform future service development in Doncaster and ensure support is inclusive, accessible, and responsive to community needs, a short survey has been developed for current or former smokers, aged 19 or over, who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

The survey should only take around 10 minutes to complete, and all responses will be treated confidentially. There is also the opportunity for respondents to be entered into a prize draw to win one of four £25 Love2Shop vouchers.
