We’re proud to announce our new partnership with Unipart. Together, we share a clear commitment: supporting the people behind the role.

Every day, the UK’s bomb disposal and search community face risks most of us never see. Through this partnership, Unipart will support Felix Fund’s work to deliver vital mental health resilience programmes and provide targeted financial assistance to serving personnel, veterans, and their families.

From our ‘Dashboard Courses’ to our grant support, this collaboration enables us to go further in ensuring no one in our community faces the consequences of service alone.

It was a privilege to mark the start of this partnership at Unipart’s Advanced Supply Chain Institute—bringing together two organisations united by a shared focus on wellbeing, resilience, and lasting impact.

In May, we delivered our latest Felix Fund Dashboard Course, focused on strengthening mental resilience across the EOD and Search community.
Participants reported a 48% increase in mental wellbeing between pre- and post-course assessments.

This isn’t just a statistic—it represents individuals developing:
• Stronger coping strategies under pressure
• Greater self-awareness and emotional control
• Practical tools to sustain long-term mental resilience

In a profession where operational demands are relentless, investing in mental resilience isn’t optional—it’s essential.

Thank you to our exceptional delivery team Lizzy and Chef G, partners, and supporters who make this programme possible—and to the participants for their openness and commitment throughout.

We are continuing to expand this work to ensure more of our community can access the support they deserve.
