At Tuesday nights open session, we had some "little talks" about what actions we can take to improve mental health and wellbeing for each other, together.

We also created some images about what helps us relax. Simple things can make a big difference. 😌

On Monday, the Wellbeing Ambassadors met to discuss 10 actions they can do to boost their mental health as part of Mental Health Awareness Week.

The group discussed how their role as Wellebung Ambasaadors is important in taking action for all of us, to support mental health accross our work.

This year's theme is Action: For Yourself, For someone else, For All of Us.

What action will you take this week for your metal health? Well, how about popping along to one of our sessions at C*C and get involved with Youth Work.

711 Club at YMCA YWCA Cupar

🥳 Starting this Thursday the 7th of May our 711 Club will launch - and we are so excited! 🥳 We had a great time co-designing the sessions with local primary school children, and providing them with an opportunity to have their voices heard. This programme is a result of all their wonderful ideas!
💥 Sessions will run from 5pm to 6:30pm on a Thursday here at YMCA YWCA Cupar
💥 £3 per session (which includes a snack)
