It’s been a little quiet on here lately! 👋

The last few months have been a busy time supporting all the wonderful businesses on site, as well as continuing to develop the ever anticipated campsite. There’s been plenty happening behind the scenes, and we’re looking forward to sharing more updates with you soon.

Today, Viking Heat Retreat have their Run Club Open Day! 🏃‍♀️🔥

👀 What’s happening at Balmalcolm Den this weekend (1st - 3rd May)

FRIDAY:
🍕🍻🍺It’s Pizza & Pint night with Howe Beer Project and Bruno’s top nosh, so you know the good food and great company are sorted.

🌕🔥We’re also kicking off May in style as Viking Heat Retreat host their special Flower Moon session this evening - perfect for a reset and a bit of well-earned relaxation.

🎨 And to top it all off, Open Studios North Fife is underway, with more than 70 artists and makers across North East Fife opening their doors to the public this weekend. It’s a fantastic opportunity to explore local creativity, meet the makers, and experience a wide range of art in inspiring settings - so be sure to grab a copy of the guide and plan your route.

☕️🥮 Back at Balmalcolm Den, the weekend continues with Eden-Balmalcolm Den serving delicious brunches, lunches, sweet treats, and specialty coffees.

Hardwicks Painted Furniture is open offering vintage and unique finds for you to discover.

🐗We have our first visit from Stag Bites The Hog on Saturday night.

🎻 And on Sunday, Howe Beer Project will be hosting their monthly traditional Scottish music session 2pm to 5pm - rounding off a brilliant few days of food, culture, creativity, and community.

❤️ A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful family who recently visited the Balmalcolm Den site and so kindly gifted us a card and a new game for the Howe Beer Project games hall.

Your thoughtful words of encouragement, support, and appreciation truly mean the world to us. It’s gestures like yours that remind us why we do what we do - bringing people together and continuing to grow this space for the whole community to enjoy.

We’re so grateful for your kindness and for being part of this journey with us 💛
