🎉 Celebrating Elizabeth (Liz) Bell – Over 40 Years of Girl Guiding! 🎉
After more than 40 years of dedicated service to Girlguiding, we gathered together at Fermyn Woods Country Park to celebrate the retirement of our wonderful friend Liz Bell. 💙💚
Throughout her incredible Guiding journey, Liz has been a Rainbow Leader, Brownie Leader, Guide Leader and Ranger Leader, as well as taking on many Commissioner roles. She has been a fantastic supporter and advocate for Girlguiding, giving so much of her time, energy and enthusiasm to support our young people and volunteers.
Over the years, Liz has helped organise and take part in countless adventures, activities, camps and international trips, creating memories and opportunities that will stay with so many people for years to come. Her dedication, friendship and support have made such a difference to so many.
To celebrate Liz's retirement, we brought together members from all our sections, both current members and leaders, for a fun-filled evening at Fermyn Country Park. We enjoyed parachute games, archery and a wide game, before coming together for songs, cake and a chance to celebrate Liz and everything she has given to Guiding. 🎂🎶
Liz, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for over 40 years of incredible service. 💕 Your commitment to Girlguiding, your support for so many young people and your enthusiasm for every adventure have been truly inspiring.
We wish you all the very best for the next chapter and hope your retirement brings you plenty of new adventures, fun and happy memories.
