Hello Everyone,

We hope you have had a lovely half-term break!

We’re excited to share that our next events will be our Sparklers Community Swap sessions. The dates will be on the :
*6th June 2026
*27th June 2026

Join us at Cornerstone Methodist Church, Corby for a welcoming space to swap toys and sensory resources, meet with other families, and enjoy activities for children 💛.

A slightly late post from us, but a big thank you to everyone who joined our Toy Swap event last Saturday! It was wonderful to see the children sharing and enjoying the activities.
We’re so grateful for your support and excited to say there will be more community swap events coming soon! 😊

Hello Everyone,

Just to let you know that Beacons is on this weekend! Saturday 23rd May 2026

Our outdoor space will be open make the most of the weather, with some fun activities to help keep everyone cool.

This half-term we are pleased to announce that we will have a mid week session on Wednesday 27th May at 10am. Registration for that will go live tomorrow.

Tomorrow is our first community toy swap. Everyone is welcome to attend.😊 We will have some activities for the children to enjoy as well as free snacks and refreshments. Registration is still open! go to our website light-beamx.com

Do you have toys or sensory equipment your child has outgrown? Or are you looking for new toys/resources to engage your child without the high cost? We’ve got you covered 💛

Join us on the 16th May 2026 10am at Cornerstone Methodist Church for a relaxed and welcoming Toy Swap Event for SEND children and their families.
This is a great opportunity to share, swap, and take home items that suit your child’s need while connecting with other local families.

We’ll also have free snacks, sensory activities, and arts & crafts for children to enjoy, with plenty of chances to try out toys before taking them home.

You’re welcome to bring gently used toys, sensory equipment, or resources you no longer need.

Please make sure all items are clean, safe, and in good working order.

Even if you don’t have toys or equipment to bring, please still come along! There will be sensory activities, arts & crafts, and free snacks for children to enjoy, plus a welcoming space for families.

If you do have gently used toys or sensory equipment your child has outgrown, feel free to bring them along, just please make sure they are clean and in good working order.

We also understand that some people may want to donate but can’t attend on the day. If that’s you, please send us a message and we can arrange collection of toys or equipment. 💛
