Rally day is fast approaching and we have been busy making our rally sign. Look out for our sign on the A153 at Tattershall bridge.
Rally is kindly being hosted by Dean Farming Ltd on the 30th of May at East Mere Farm, Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln LN4 2HU
and being sponsored by Rix & Ascenso.
It will be a very busy day with lots of exciting competitions, a raffle, tug of war and afterwards we have the after rally party!
We hope to see you there, open to the general public and young farmers please come and join us!!

What a fantastic evening! 🤩 Coningsby Young Farmers enjoyed a brilliant practice tour at Medivet Quarrington this week. We got an insightful look behind the scenes and learned all about the veterinary profession, thanks to our very own member Kate, who led the tour! A massive thank you to Quarrington Veterinary Surgery for having us.

This week we had a talk from Beth our County vice chair, she gave us our county roadshow. Our members learnt all about what young farmers offers, the set up, who is part of the teams and all about Lincolnshire Young Farmers Clubs and National Federation of Young Farmers' Clubs and how it all works. We all had a great time and learnt a lot particularly our newer members who have just got involved!

Last night some of our members went to Harmston Young Farmers bonfire. Everyone had a great night and enjoyed the fireworks, a Brillant display!! Well done Harmston for another successful year and thank you!

A couple of weekends ago our chair lady Rebecca went on the county’s leadership weekend in Buxton Derbyshire.
They did canoeing, Abseiling, treasure hunts, games and talks. It was a fun filled weekend getting to know other leaders and members from all 16 clubs and working through different challenges and setting goals.

Happy Halloween 🎃

Last week we did pumpkin caving, everyone had great fun getting messy and creating their pumpkins. We had some great designs and everyone’s pumpkins looked amazing!

This week we went to Boston Bowl, we split into two teams and had a bit of competition. It was great to see everyone having fun and getting involved well done everyone for giving it a go.

Last night we visited Casey’s Leek Farm — learning all about the hard work that goes into growing these brilliant veggies! It was great to see everyone getting stuck in and it was nice to see all of our new members again!
