Our Conwy Dementia Co-ordinator Tina took on a challenge to raise money for the dementia centre in Conwy.
An amazing £500 was raised and everyone had a fantastic time!
Thank you Tina for your hard work and congratulations on such a successful fundraising event, all donations and money raised, enables us to continue the work we do to help unpaid carers and their loved ones 🥰
Thank you also to all those who supported the event with prizes, donations and support!

Our Dementia Service Project Lead went to Cardiff at the end of September to join a host of other professionals at the NHS improvement all Wales dementia showcase, where he represented Carers Trust North Wales as part of the Memory Support Pathway to highlight the services we offer for people living with dementia across North Wales.

This week, our Denbigh Dementia Centre came together to with a local school to take part in an intergenerational sports day to celebrate International Day of Older Persons 2026!
Everyone did really well and had a lot of fun 😁
