Your recycling makes a difference!
Thanks to residents across Conwy, we've collected an amazing 7016 tonnes of garden waste, generating £7016 for local good causes through our Recycling Rewards campaign!
The donation will be shared between three local organisations, with the amount going to each being determined by the number of votes they receive.
We've shortlisted three fantastic local organisations:
- Banc Bwyd Conwy Wledig / Rural Conwy Food Bank: provides emergency food parcels to individuals and families living in rural areas of Conwy - in partnership with The Hive - Abergele Community Action - home to Abergele District Foodbank and Abergele Community Shop.
- Ysgol Porth y Felin: Supporting its Big Bocs Bwyd project, which provides affordable, nutritious food to local families, reduces food insecurity, and offers vital practical support to strengthen community wellbeing.
- Youth Shedz Cymru: Safe spaces shaped by young people, where skills grow and community thrives. A Place to Belong, A Purpose to Pursue, An Identity to Celebrate.
The more votes an organisation receives, the bigger its share of the donation!
