Colne Citadel Our main charitable aim is to reduce social isolation and improve wellbeing by free or low cost interventions.

We are a charity operating in a community centre in Market Place in Colne Town Centre. We aim to improve the lives of local residents by reducing social isolation in a safe, caring environment. We are open to all members of the community without prejudice – including those whose lives are affected by disability, mental illness or addictions. We are pleased that the building continues to serve the people of Colne. We want to improve the lives of local residents by reducing social isolation in a safe caring environment, we are open to all members of the community without prejudice, and this includes those whose lives are affected by disabilities, mental illness and addiction. Colne Citadel is a warm, friendly place where everyone is treated with respect. Today we say a fond farewell to Orphelia, who has spent the last 12 weeks with us on placement from Nelson and Colne College Sixth Form

She has been an absolute asset to the Centre, bringing enthusiasm, dedication, and positivity to everything she has done. It has been a genuine pleasure having her as part of the team, and we have appreciated every minute of her support.

Thank you, Orphelia, for all your hard work and commitment. We wish you every success in the future — and remember, you'll always be welcome here, so don't be a stranger! 💙

Amazing news! 🎉

We're delighted to share that we have been accepted by Skyline, meaning supporters can now take part in a skydive to raise funds for our charity!

We're currently looking for adventurous individuals who would like to complete a skydive free of charge by committing to raise £450 or more in sponsorship.

If you've ever wanted to experience the thrill of a skydive while supporting a great cause, we'd love to hear from you. Please get in touch to register your interest and find out more.

We must stress this is FREE if you can FUNDRAISE £450 :)

All funds will go to Colne Citadel
