Could your business help make a difference for local young people?

Cumbria Youth Alliance is looking for furniture and equipment donations to help kit out its new community space at the Benny Walker Centre in Workington.

They're currently seeking:

150 Stacking Chairs
30 Folding Tables
Sofas & Bean Bags
2 Stools for the Practice Kitchen
Water Boiler
Automated Coffee Machine
2 Screen Whiteboards or Interactive Screens

The items don't need to be brand new – just clean, presentable and ready for a new home!

If your organisation has surplus furniture or equipment that could be put to good use, we'd love to hear from you. Your donation could help create a welcoming, inclusive space for young people across the area🙌

Cockermouth First Responders will be at both our parkruns this week, so please encourage your friends along.
This will be an opportunity for people to have a go at CPR (cardio pulmonary resuscitation) and use of a defibrillator. I'll be taking the opportunity to practice . So join if you can.

From 8.45am at Bellbrigg Lonning playfield.
Saturday 1st 8.45 until roughly 9.45am
Sunday 2nd August 8.45am until roughly 9.30am
